We made it to Friday already! This week seems like it flew by. I missed my workout yesterday, so instead of taking today as Recovery day, it’ll be Thursday Thighs for me instead! Other than missing yesterday, I feel really good about my workouts this week. I’m down 2 lbs from where I started, which could partly be from water retention as we tend to get every so often.
