Final Week of Blogilates #ROCKtober Workouts

It’s the final week of our #ROCKtober workout calendar.  Did you keep up with all the workouts this month?  I only missed a couple here and there this month, and I did A LOT more running this month!  I’m feeling pretty good about it, and while I didn’t blog as much as I would have liked to, I did put the time in to get my workouts done, so I’m pretty happy with myself overall for this month.  Here’s what our upcoming week looks like…
