Hey guys, just wanted to check in and log my thoughts on today’s workout. I had a lot of fun with it today, starting with the 100 Burpee Burnout. My legs felt pretty good after that. My calves were feeling pretty sore after that Runner’s Calves video, so I did some downward dog leg stretches to help with it.
Yesterday was a good workout, too. All those muffin top videos and I don’t remember any of them repeating a move! That’s pretty good.
